In June of 1982, I was about to finish my freshman year at Albany High and cut class to hang out at the SUNY ALBANY Fountain with my bests. We were kids fulfilling that Albany rite of passage and getting a jump on our tans for the upcoming summer. I heard this song on my Walkman and I was never the same. It's still ...my all-time favorite song. It makes me feel like I want to jump in the back of Trans AM and make out till the sun comes up.
