The fall of 1985 was a pivotal time for me. I went to Manhattan College for three days and split. I headed back Upstate and fell for a blond haired hater. I thought it was the real deal back then but I was 18, stupid and lost a friend over it. In the end, I left the relationship empty, yet empowered that I had the ...courage to walk away. This song takes me back to those awkward, foolish times when I was stuck in a moment.
